HELP US TO HELP CHARLIE!

Meet sweet Charlie.  He was found struggling to survive outside the house of one of our foster homes.  Luckily she found him and took him in.  He was in very rough shape, so we rushed him to the vet and he had to undergo surgery to clean out a huge wound in his neck.  He had to have a drain put into his neck, but lucky for him, he is healing nicely now.  This cost us almost $500 but unfortunately it doesn't end there.  While at the vet, it was determined that his teeth were in very bad shape.  So bad that he is in great pain and unable to eat properly.  He needs to have x-rays and then dental surgery.  The quote ranges from $1000-$1500, depending on what is discovered during the x-rays.  We cannot afford this.  We have had so many medical emergencies to deal with that we need your help to help us get Charlie the dental surgery he needs.  Please contribute!  Even $20 goes a long way.  You can send cheques to our P.O. box (Box 32116, Preston Postal Outlet, Cambridge, ON, N3H 5M2), or you can call Hespeler Animal Hospital directly (519-740-7706) and make a payment on your credit card.  Charlie thanks you kindly in advance.  Despite his rough shape, he has a wonderful personality and is extremely friendly and cuddly.   We hope to have this surgery done soon so poor Charlie can stop living in pain.  Once he is recovered he will also be looking for his forever home, so the sooner we can get this done, the sooner he can move on to his new life.

Tickets are $75 which includes 18 holes of golf, power cart, prizes and dinner.
