Olaf & Sven

Olaf (9 weeks as of July 16,’25) is a bit more quiet and snuggly, but still very friendly and can get going when urged on by his siblings.

Sven (9 weeks as of July 16’25) is the most shy of the bunch. Still working to gain his trust and let him touch us, and he’s content snuggling in a corner by himself or with his siblings.

Their two siblings, Kristoff and Anna have already been adopted.

The kittens’ mother, Elsa, is also available for adoption.

The Frozen kittens are available for adoption through Grand River All Breed Rescue. The adoption donation is $325 per cat. All of our cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated as part of their adoption. If you’d like to adopt, please fill out an application. You can also reach us by email at GrandRiverRescue@hotmail.com.

Elsa

Elsa (approximately 1 -2 years old in 2025) is a true sweetheart. An amazing Mama to the Frozen kittens (also available for adoption), she keeps her babies in line and loves cleaning/nursing them. She’d headbutt your legs for pets and head scratched 24/7 if she could, and she’s got the cutest little croaky meow. She’s a little cautious but very friendly, and sooooo patient with young kids. She’d do well in a home where she can receive lots of love and attention. Does well with kids and haven’t tested yet but guessing she’d be fine with other cats too.

Binoo

Binoo has been adopted!

Toopy and Binoo were born February 2025

Toopy is a female (white/tabby with brown eyes) and Binoo is a male (cream and grey with blue eyes). They are siblings and have always been indoor cats. They were an accidental litter and the owner reached out for help to find them a home. We took them into our foster home where they have adapted easily. Both cats will eagerly explore new places. They love to play with humans and their toys and each other. They also like to be held and be pet. They would love to be adopted together (slight adoption discount for both) or to a home with another playful cat ideally. The have had their first vet visit and have had vaccines and deworming. Spay/neuter and microchipping is included in their adoption fee.

A little more about Toopy:
– she still has a lot of kitten left in her: just look at that cute little face and try not to lose yourself in those beautiful eyes!
– Toopy is a very chatty cat: she loves to have conversations and will call out to be sure you are near
– Toopy is very good at entertaining herself, but would love to have a dog or another cat that she can play and wrestle with
– Toopy is very faithful to her favourite humans: she will get up and follow them wherever they go in the house. She does not like to be locked out or in rooms, as she prefers to be near her people
– she is a little shy and timid when new people come into the house, but is curious and will come closer once they sit down

The resident cat is not very amused to have them here, but they heed her warnings and are not afraid to be close to her.
