Meet Lou! She is approximately 4 years old. She is a lab mix and on the smaller side. Her DNA test said she is mixed with cocker spaniel and doberman. She goes to doggy daycare and enjoys confident calm dogs the most. She needs some work on leash as she can be reactive to other dogs when on leash. She is housetrained and can be left loose in the home fine when her people are working or out. Lou needs a quiet adult home where she has her own fenced yard and people who can be patient and work with her on her social skills. Lou can be fearful of new people and take some time to warm up to strangers. She has never lived with cats but will chase small animals outdoors.
Lou is looking for a foster or adoptive family.
Lou is available for adoption through Grand River All Breed rescue. The adoption donation is $400. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated as part of their adoption.
