Beau [COURTESY]

We are posting Beau in an attempt to help his current owner who he is still with find an appropriate home:

Hello! This is Beau, and Beau is a miniature Bull Terrier who we adopted from a couple in Sudbury, Ontario end of August, 2022. Beau was diagnosed with Idiopathic lymphoplasmacytic rhinitis (LPR) is a common inflammatory disorder of the nasal cavity in dogs due to unknown etiology. It is characterised by non-specific clinical signs, including nose bleeds. This is being treated with Prednisone (steroid) until further diagnostics.

My husband, Sean and I, have two other dogs in the house, Pippa, a 9-year-old American Bull dog crossed with Australian Shepherd and Monty, a 1.5-year-old English Bull Terrier. The dogs got along fine in the beginning, but once Monty and Beau got to know each other more, the more they did not get along. Beau, Monty and Pippa have started getting into fights, to where I cannot have them together any longer.

I have had Beau in my care, being crated in our spare bedroom separate from our other dogs. I will separately take Beau out while Monty is crated. Beau goes for long walks in the morning and at night. I will take him out during the day for a bathroom break, but that’s as far as it can go, as the dogs cannot interact any longer. Beau needs to go to a home with no other dogs or children. He is a very good boy when it is just him, myself and my husband alone. He deserves a great home. Please let me know if you can help us.

If interested in this dog please let us know and we will put you in touch with the owner.

Honey

Meet Honey! She found a foster home and is now looking for her furever home! This sweet girl who was rescued from a kill shelter in Quebec is looking for a  permanent home. She is very affectionate with her humans and makes the cutest noises when she is happy. We think she would like to be an only cat. She is a year and half old and an indoor cat. She is a beautiful grey with peach markings and so soft. She seems to have lived with a dog. She is not fond of other cats.

Honey is available for adoption through Grand River All Breed Rescue.  The adoption donation is $250 per cat. All of our cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated as part of their adoption. If you’d like to adopt, please fill out an application.
